Built in 1995. Small repairs in 2009 and sauna repaired 2018.

Layout and features:
2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, loft, dressing room and bathroom. Electric sauna, shower, toilet, air conditioner and fireplace.

The yard area is with hill. The barbeque area is in front of the cottage.

From the sauna is easy access to the terrace to cool down. From the living room windows you can see directly to the sea. At the terrace have made couple of steps for make easier for walk to down near to the beach area.

Prices starts from 700 € / week, day rates can be seen from the calendar. Ask the Midsummer Week separately.

Year contract about 14 900 € + electricity. Ask an offer!
