Built in 1991. Surface renovation in 2007. Interior renovated in 2020–2021. New fireplace installed in September 2024.

The cottage features two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, WC, and a shower. A new fireplace provides heating in the winter. Outbuildings include Summer house, a yard sauna, a storage shed, and an outdoor toilet.

The grounds include Summer House and a yard sauna. The sauna is heated by a wood-burning stove and features a water-heating stove. The sauna building also includes a sleeping loft, an open fireplace, underfloor heating, and a small kitchenette area. Well water is not suitable for drinking; while it is fine for washing, consumption is not recommended. Repairs to this issue are scheduled for September 2026.

The summer room is an approximately 10-square-meter bedroom for two people.

The yard area is large and level. The beach is sandy and south-facing. An outdoor grill has been built near the waterfront. Both the cottage and the yard sauna have their own terraces.

Price for a 6-month contract: €1,200/month

Price for a 6-month summer contract: €1,500/month

Price for a yearly contract: €910/month + electricity
