The agreement is binding only for the agreed rental period. With an annual agreement, you can let us know one month before the end of the contract whether you wish to continue renting or end the agreement.

No loan costs, no long-term commitment and no difficulties selling the property. We also take care of equipping the cottage. You can rent the cottage either furnished or unfurnished, whichever suits you best.

The cottages listed below are currently rented, have recently become available after an annual agreement, or are undergoing renovation. However, any of our cottages may be rented under an annual agreement, subject to availability.
