Sheets, towels and cleaning<\/strong><\/h3>\n

You can bring own sheets and towels with yourself or rented from us. Sheets- and towel sets costs 15 \u20ac \/ person<\/strong>. The customer is responsible for cleaning the cottage during the renting time and at the end of it. Cottage should been cleaned same condition as it was in arriving day. You can also buy a final cleaning as an additional service. Prices for cleaning service are 80 \u20ac \/ 100 \u20ac \/ 130 \u20ac \/ 150 \u20ac. Price depends on the size of the cottage.<\/strong> if the cottage has not been cleaned as agreed, we charge cleaning service payment and a post-clearance surcharge for non-cleaning and post payment add (20\u20ac). As an additional service, depending on the booking situation, the stay can be extended from the arrival date or the departure date.<\/span><\/span> The price is 10 \u20ac\/additional hour and in the summer season it is 20 \u20ac\/additional hour.<\/span><\/span> You should ask about additional hours when making reservation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Water from cottages<\/strong>
Each cottage has a shared water well. The water comes from sources and is drinkable. Dry and hot summers can cause water’s to run out of the well. This is something which can not be helped and which is why we can not do anything. For this reason, we ask you to use water sparingly during the summer season. (If you are planning to bring tub, read the section on tubs and pools).<\/p>\n

\u00a0Tubs and Pools<\/strong>
Tubs and pools must be notified to us at the time of booking. Filling your own tubs and pools from cottage taps is strictly forbidden!<\/strong><\/em> Water wells may run out of water or pump overload may cause breakage. This unauthorized activity can result in liability of thousands of euros. Filling tubs and other pools only from the sea. You can rent our Hot tub. More you can read here<\/a>!<\/p>\n

Waste water\/Septic tank<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Each cottage has its own septic tank. If the water level starts to rise in toilet, the septic tank is more likely full. In this situation, call +358 400 650 677 immediately or (in night time 22.00-07.00 send message).

Heating<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In most of the cottages have electrically powered heating and conditioner. The electric radiators have a regulator for temperature selection. In addition, the toilets and shower rooms have underfloor heating. The controller can be found in the wall of the room. Instead, Cottage 2 has a regulator also in the living room wall that adjusts the living room radiators. Conditioner gives great heating in winter and fresh cooling in the summer. Fireplace can be found in every cottage. If you are unsure about the use of the fireplace, please feel free to contact us. Departure day you should drop the radiators temperature to 10 agrees and floor heating to minimum to save environment!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Cottage 19 & 18<\/strong><\/h3>\n

has geothermal heating system. If the cottage is too cold, please contact us! Self-adjusting is strictly forbidden.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Pets<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pets must be reported when booking. We recommend that the carpets be moved to the side before bringing the pet inside.<\/strong> This prevents a lot of hair and dirt from pets from accumulating on the carpets.<\/span><\/span> Pet tracks and hair must be cleaned yourself, even if a cleaning service has been purchased.<\/span><\/span> Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas.<\/span><\/span> The surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned, for example with a sticky roller, so that the hairs leave the furniture.<\/span><\/span> Carpets must be cleaned outside more carefully of pet hair. If your pet sheds a lot of hair, we recommend removing the carpet from the cabin’s floors. This procedure significantly reduces the amount of hair left on the carpets, which also makes cleaning easier.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Garbage and trash points
<\/strong>Customers take care of themselves garbage to the trash points, which are marked on the area map. The area map can be found on the cottage notice board. When the waste containers are full, lift the garbage bags over the container. It is desirable to leave the cardboard boxes separately and broken inside the trash point.<\/p>\n

Beach and unpredictable sea<\/span><\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

The cottage area beaches are all different, because of their location.<\/span><\/span> The beach line in our entire cottage area is approx. 2 kilometers.<\/span><\/span> Winds and fluctuating water level changes cause a headache for beach maintenance every year.<\/span><\/span> All the beaches are sandy beaches, but the sea bottom varies greatly from rocky to clayey\/muddy.<\/span><\/span> In some of the beaches, the seabed is naturally sandy, or we try to bring beach sand in the spring to soften the wading waterbed.<\/span><\/span> In most of the beaches, the seabed is generally rocky and possibly muddy, or natural debris has accumulated there due to storms and winds.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

In the spring, the rising water level brings the previous year’s reeds from opposite side of the sea area the beach to the shores of our cottages, so the situation can be challenging at times. However, we try to clean the beaches during late spring and early summer and keep them as swimming-friendly as possible.<\/span><\/span> However, we recommend to be prepared with swimming shoes (crocs or similar) because of the surprising seabed.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

We strive to clean reeds from the beaches and boat lanes during the early and late summer.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

The sea can be really strong at times.<\/span><\/span> Especially the northwesterly wind can cause big waves and the sea level can rise 0.1-1.5 meters overnight.<\/span><\/span> A drop in the water level can occur just as much.<\/span><\/span> We recommend great caution when moving at sea.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Rowing boat<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have had to lock up all the row boats due to boat has not used careless. Boats fixing and maintenance has been too expensive without charging for use. The use of the boats are chargeable from 2025. The boat found on the shore of the cottage is locked and by contacting us and paying the boat rent, you can get the key\/code to the lock. The price for the boat rental can be found HERE<\/a>. The rented boat is the renter’s responsibility and the renter will be billed for any damages caused by careless boat storage and use.<\/p>\n

Anchor is not included (Need to bring own). Life jackets you find in cottage (2-3 pieces). Always remember to pull the boat up as far as possible and tie the boat tightly to a tree, for example after use. The sea is unpredictable and the water level can rise up to a meter during the night. The boat season is from May 1 to November 5. between. The interval is indicative and this may vary from year to year and the ice situation may affect the operating season. At other times, the use of a rowing boat is prohibited without the owner’s permission. We rent boat 20-30 \u20ac\/day and Electric engine 20 \u20ac\/day. Minimum 2 days.<\/p>\n

Fishing and fish management fee<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

A general fishing license and a fish management fee are required for fishing.<\/span><\/span> You can buy a fishing license and fee at R-kiosks or online (eraluvat.fi<\/a>).<\/span><\/span> You can ask us for a permit from the local Tuuski fishing committee.<\/span><\/span> We only sell fishing permits in advance.<\/span><\/span> With a permit, you can only fish with one equipment per person.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>Fishing restrictions can be found at Kalastusrajoitus.fi<\/a><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

In the Keih\u00e4ssalmi area (near bridge), fishing in the vicinity of the bridge will be prohibited in the near future.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>It is forbidden to go to the plots of other cottagers and owners.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

No permits are needed for ice fishing, as long as only one device is used.<\/span><\/span> For the winter season, the Tuuski fishing committee does not sell permits for hook fishing or the use of multiple equipment to outsiders.<\/span><\/span> You can ask about network and katiska brands: info@pyhtaanvuokramokit.fi.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

WiFi-connection
<\/strong>Nearly all our cottages have WiFi-connection. The island of Munapirtti has occasionally bad connections. For this reason, the telephone network and the Internet connection may occasionally break and be very slow. Hard winds and storms also affect connections. You can read about the cottages WiFi-connection on the cottages own pages.<\/p>\n

Storm and power outages<\/strong>
On Munapirtti Island, electricity has been drawn along overhead cables. Strong winds and thunderstorms can cause power outages in the area. In general, breaks last from a few minutes to a few hours.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

WHAT’S YOU NEED TO TAKE WITH YOU?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

In cottage has example toilet papers and garbage bags for couple nights. If you will be much longer, make sure you have enough these with you. We recommend that you take with you toilet papers, paper towels, baking paper, garbage bags, toiletries, bed linen and towels (or rented from us), sauna covers, spices and barbecue equipment.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Cottages equipment<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n
Cottages has basic cleaning equipment, couple roll of toilet paper, one paper towel, coffee filter papers, the amount of cutlery corresponding to the number of people, basic kitchen utensils (knives, pots, pans, etc.) blankets, pillows, hand soap and two garbage bags.<\/span> <\/span><\/div>\n
NOTE!<\/strong> Kitchen utensils such as knives may be blunt, when there are many users.<\/span> For this reason, we recommend that you take with you tools for your own needs, such as knives and pans, to avoid any surprises.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
